Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, has approved the appointment of Mr. Olanrewaju Iskeel Saka as the new Head of the Public Service of Ogun State following the retirement of the former Head of Service, Mr. Kehinde Onasanya.
Mr. Saka, an experienced administrator and policy expert, began his journey in the Ogun State Public Service as a classroom teacher in 1993 before joining the mainstream civil service in 2006. Prior to his appointment, he served as the Permanent Secretary, Bureau of Cabinet and Special Services.
According to a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Mr. Tokunbo Talabi, the appointment is in recognition of Saka’s dedication, professionalism, and years of outstanding service to the state.
The newly appointed Head of Service is also a member and fellow of several professional bodies, with strong expertise in policy coordination and implementation.
