Odusina Meets Peter Obi at ADC Convention, Receives Encouragement for 2027 Ogun Gov. Bid


ABUJA – Dr. Bolaji Marie Odusina, a governorship aspirant in Ogun State under the African Democratic Congress (ADC), met with former presidential candidate Mr. Peter Obi during the party’s National Convention held recently in Abuja. 

Odusina, who is seeking the ADC ticket for the 2027 Ogun governorship election, said she used the opportunity to express admiration for Obi’s leadership style. She cited his prudence, simplicity, and commitment to a new political order as qualities that inspire those advocating accountable and people-centred governance. 
According to Odusina, she briefed Obi on her intention to contest for governor and shared her vision to transform Ogun State through practical and innovative policies. 

She said Obi listened attentively, wished her success in her aspiration, and advised her to remain focused, consistent, and close to the people. 

Odusina is running under the campaign identity DEEDOC.
