Bolaji Marie Odusina has proposed a major agro-industrial project during her visit to Tikilo Community, aimed at boosting local production and economic growth.
During her engagement with residents, the governorship aspirant introduced the Garri Ijebu Factory Tikilo (GIFT) project — a modern cassava processing initiative designed to add value to locally produced cassava and strengthen the agricultural economy of the area.
She explained that the project would create employment opportunities for youths and women, increase farmers’ income, reduce post-harvest losses, and position Tikilo and Ijebu Igbo as a key agro-processing hub in the state.
Dr. Odusina also addressed the challenges faced by many communities, including poor infrastructure and limited government presence, assuring residents of inclusive development if elected in 2027.
She emphasized her commitment to ensuring that no part of Ogun State is left behind, promising practical projects that will directly improve livelihoods across all communities.
