Media personality Daddy Freeze has addressed reactions to his appearance at the Service of Songs held in honour of the late Alex, explaining why he attended the event dressed in black despite reports that attendees were expected to wear white. According to him, he was unaware of the dress code, stating that he did not see the instruction on the invitation sent to him. He noted that, based on his understanding and cultural background, black is traditionally associated with mourning. MYSTERY DEATHS ROCK IJEBU-IGBO AS THREE BODIES ARE FOUND INSIDE RESIDENCE

Residents of Egbe Subair, near the residence of late politician Buruji Kashamu in Ijebu-Igbo, Ogun State, have been thrown into shock following the discovery of three lifeless bodies inside a home. The deceased were identified as a woman, her son, and a man popularly known in the community as Ope "Shanko." According to reports, the woman and Ope were found dead inside a toilet, while the woman's son was discovered lifeless in one of the rooms within the same residence. Witnesses at the scene reported signs of disturbance, including damage to parts of the toilet and other household items, raising concerns about the circumstances surrounding the tragic incident. OGUN POLICE ARREST TWO SUSPECTED KIDNAPPERS LINKED TO EDO MURDER CASE

The Ogun State Police Command has arrested two suspects in Ijebu-Ode believed to be members of a kidnapping syndicate linked to the abduction and killing of two victims in Edo State. The suspects, identified as Gafaru Adamu (25) and Muhammed Sanni (20), were apprehended by operatives of the Anti-Kidnapping Unit during an intelligence-led operation in the Atiba area of Ijebu-Ode. According to police investigations, the duo are allegedly part of a seven-man gang connected to a kidnapping operation in Okada, Edo State, which reportedly resulted in the murder of two hostages. During the operation, officers recovered a pair of camouflage uniforms resembling police attire, along with three mobile phones suspected to be linked to the criminal activities.
